La gran estafa: Windows NT Server y NT Workstation

Les cuento una linda historia, y les dejo las conclusiones a ustedes. Cualquier parecido con la actualidad no es pura coincidencia.

En 1996, la salida de Microsoft Windows NT hizo furor en los mercados. En aquel momento, Microsoft vendía dos versiones de su sistema operativo: Windows NT Workstation y Windows NT Server. La versión Server costaba 800 dólares más que la edición para Workstation.

Mientras que Windows NT Server incluía una serie de aplicaciones para servidores no incluídas en la versión NT Workstation, Microsoft aseguraba que los sistemas operativos eran “dos productos muy distintos pensados para dos funciones muy diferentes”.

Ahora resulta que soy terrorista

Como buen argentino que soy, estoy mas que acostumbrado a las campañas sucias y denigrantes. Pero esto ya es el colmo!!! Les dejo unos screenshots que encontré en Internet, intentando mostrar por qué es mejor usar Windows Server en vez de Linux. ¿no sería mejor mejor contarle a la gente que es mejor, mas seguro, mas estable o mas rápido?
